I hold an MBA with a specialized focus in Human Resources, which has equipped me with the strategic acumen needed to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of talent management. My undergraduate journey was equally enriching, as I completed a dual degree in Business and Psychology, fostering my understanding of human behavior within corporate settings. 

One of my notable certifications is as a Certified Practitioner in the HBDI® Neuroscience-Based Assessment. This certification empowers me to leverage Whole Brain Thinking and Cognitive Diversity, allowing me to facilitate more innovative and inclusive workplace environments while promoting organizational effectiveness.
